For penis health specifically, there are a few foods that stand out.

1. Coffee

Scientists say caffeine helps improve blood flow and relax the arteries in the penis that give you an erection. Some doctors go so far as to say that caffeine has a similar effect to drugs like Viagra!

2. Olive Oil

The Mediterranean diet is full of healthy food for men. Olive oil is a polyunsaturated fat and perhaps the most important component of the diet.

It lowers inflammation and provides excellent blood flow. It also has high levels of monosaturated fat, which helps raise testosterone levels.

3. Salmon

Foods high in omega-3 fatty acids, like salmon, raise dopamine levels in the brain. Higher dopamine levels improve circulation and blood flow. This triggers arousal.

More foods high in omega-3 fatty acids are tuna, mackerel, and trout. If you don’t consume fish, you can find omega-3 fatty acids in walnuts, flaxseeds, chia seeds, and hemp seeds.

4. Spinach

This leafy green is high in nitric oxide, magnesium, and folate, which help decrease inflammation in blood vessels. This means they increase blood flow to the genitals.

Other foods high in nitric oxide are arugula and celery.

5. Tomatoes

Tomatoes contain lycopene, an antioxidant that fights off toxins that cause cell and DNA damage. It is one of the most powerful antioxidants you can consume!

Antioxidants are essential for keeping blood vessels clear and good blow flow.
