2. Salmon

Salmon is not only one of the healthiest sources of protein but also a powerful tool for improving your sex life. This freshwater fish is full of omega-3 fatty acids, which help to keep your heart healthy and strong.

The strength of your heart is vital to the health of your sex life, as it’s needed for proper blood flow throughout your body. For maximum benefits, aim for two servings of fish per week.

3. Nuts and Seeds

Next time you’re craving a snack, reach for a handful of seeds or nuts. Many types of nuts and seeds contain both zinc and L-arginine. These ingredients provide a wealth of benefits, including increasing sexual function by increasing blood flow.

The most beneficial nuts and seeds include walnuts, hazelnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, and pecans. Walnuts are a particularly good choice due to their omega-3 fatty acid content.

4. Red Wine
